By giving this authority you are allowing the agent or their authorised repairer to enter the premises with the agent’s keys to carry out the repair. Every effort will be made to contact you prior to entering the property to advise you the time & date of the repair. Alternatively, once you receive the email copy of the work order to our tradesman, you can contact them direct in order to arrange a mutually convenient time between Monday and Friday during normal business hours. Unless the repair is an emergency repair to restore an essential service, after hours charges will be charged to the tenant.
