This allows us to choose who we believe are the best individual performers in each field; not just the best person in our office or someone dictated to us by head office.

How do we do this?
- We believe informed vendors are those best prepared and best equipped to sell their property and to this end we seek to provide our clients with a complete and frank market appraisal in order to arm them with information, so they can make informed decisions.
- We believe each property is unique and we seek to advise our clients on the best methods of selling their home: Public On-Site Auction, Private Treaty or Sale By Tender. We are not fixated by any one method of sale.
- Similarly, we believe not every property should be marketed in the same way and each property should have a marketing programme, which is tailored according to the vendor’s budgetary constraints, the value of the property, the type of property and the method of sale.
- Shane Spence has negotiation skills proven over 30 years in industry, working for some of Australia’s largest corporations and the real estate industry for over 20 years. We believe the essence of any negotiation is that all parties can rely on the integrity and trustworthiness of the negotiator.
